How the integration works?
From the email template, user fillup the details in contact form. Once the mobile number is filled up and the submit button is clicked, automatically a reply message will be generated with proper salutation and send it to usetr's mobile.
To simplify the concept, Jon fills up the contact form and enter his name and mobile number and press submit button.
